July 27, 2010 the US House of Representatives passed bill HR 4899 which included additional funds for the Rural Development program. Effective immediately will begin locking, closing, and funding USDA loans.. We will be closing loans that receive traditional conditional commitments as well as loans that have been issued “subject to” commitments.
